Job Title : Legal Assistant - Family Department Location : Shropshire Job Type : Full-time, Hybrid Working Salary : Competitive About the Firm : Join our award-winning Family Team at a prestigious law firm in Shropshire. They are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities : Assist solicitors and legal executives in the Family Department with case management. Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and court forms. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases. Maintain and organize client files and case records. Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates. Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals. Provide administrative support to the team as needed. Requirements : Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. No prior experience in family law required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
