I am working with a key client in the Blackburn area who is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of technical components to the aerospace sector. They are looking to recruit Production Operatives to work on the build of composite and fiberglass assemblies on a critical project :

As a Lay-Up Operative, you will be required to conduct the following duties :

• Work in an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Use basic hand tools
• Fill and trim parts to specification on molds following patterns
• Follow standard manufacturing and operating instructions
• Work with composite materials
• Work to production plans and timescales
