The Role
As a paralegal within the Banking and Finance team you will carry out a range of work across a number of practice areas within the team. As paralegal, you will have a varied role that requires you to be creative, proactive and committed; your core responsibilities will include the following :
- Drafting of documentation (including release documentation and conditions precedent checklists)
- Transactional support (including managing conditions precedent)
- Dealing with security registrations
- Handling post completion tasks
- Managing and updating team transaction hub
- Preparation of client facing reports
- Assisting with team legal directory submissions
- To take part in team marketing activities
- General administration
