The Role

As a paralegal within the Banking and Finance team you will carry out a range of work across a number of practice areas within the team. As paralegal, you will have a varied role that requires you to be creative, proactive and committed; your core responsibilities will include the following :

• Drafting of documentation (including release documentation and conditions precedent checklists)
• Transactional support (including managing conditions precedent)
• Dealing with security registrations
• Handling post completion tasks
• Managing and updating team transaction hub
• Preparation of client facing reports
• Assisting with team legal directory submissions
• To take part in team marketing activities
• General administration
