Scotland - this role requires regular travel
From £55,000 to £65,000

Role Overview
You will provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational management for three children’s homes. You will that all homes are fully compliant with Care Inspectorate regulations and other statutory guidelines, creating a safe, nurturing, and development-focused environment for children and young people in care. You will represents the organisation in interactions with regulatory bodies, ensuring the quality of care is consistently upheld to meet or exceed national standards.

The ideal candidate will :
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Area Managers are expected to work 40 hours per week to meet the needs of the service, normal working hours will be between 9am and 5pm. Area Managers will remain flexible to offer support and assistance when required this may include evenings, nights, weekends and sleepovers.
The nature of residential work is varied and, in many instances, unpredictable. All Area Managers are therefore expected to work in a flexible way and tasks that have not been covered in the job description have to be undertaken.
