Job Overview
Are you an experienced property professional with a solid understanding of the UK property market? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Sales Progressor to join a dynamic UK-based estate agency. In this crucial role, you’ll manage the full sales progression process—from offer acceptance to completion—ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction for all parties involved. If you're passionate about property and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, this is your opportunity to work with a forward-thinking UK employer, from the comfort of your home in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process from offer to completion.
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers to ensure timely and efficient sales transactions.
- Proactively chase documentation, address issues and delays, and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.
- Keep all stakeholders updated with clear, timely reports and updates.
- Maintain accurate, well-documented records of communications and actions taken.
- Ensure compliance with timelines, legal requirements, and company standards.
- Handle any escalations or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
