The service is a bespoke specialist service for people with spectrum conditions & associated complex needs. You will be assisting individuals through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible.

PLEASE NOTE : PBM or TEAM TEACH are ESSENTIAL for this role

What you'll be doing as a Learning Disability Support Worker

You will provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs which include observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of their conditions, treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty. You will be helping with their Progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible. You will have the full support of a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.
