The team deals with a wealth of instructions up to and including matters valued in the multi-millions. As an integral part of the department, you will be expected to manage a small, varied caseload alongside supervising your team. You should boast demonstrable experience in managing Clinical Negligence claims from instruction to completion, ideally having run cases from cradle to grave.
