Job descriptionPerform minor repairs and manage defect reporting in the yard. Control and coordinate trailer movement and load placement. Assist drivers with load strapping for safe transport. Shunt trailers on and off bays as needed. Download and manage fleet tachographs to ensure compliance. Support with PMI trailer control, ensuring dispatch for inspections. Conduct regular yard sweeps and uphold yard organization. Collaborate closely with the transport and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations. Competitive salary and consistent, Monday-to-Friday shifts. Temp-to-perm position
Job Opportunity : Yard Shunter / Marshall (Temp-to-Perm)
Location : Normanton
Hours : 14 : 00 Midnight, Monday to Friday
Perm Salary : £40,400
Hourly Rate £15 to £17 per hour whilst on your temp to perm.
