Office Manager – Witham, Essex – Must DRIVE!£35,000 - £40,000 DOE (pro rata)Hybrid | 6-Month FTCThe Role : Are you an experienced Office or Administration Manager with a knack for keeping everything running smoothly? Our client is seeking an immediately available, highly organised, and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations, provide essential support to senior leadership, and help drive team productivity.This pivotal role focuses on delivering operational, and administrative support, event organisation, HR administration, and diary management. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, playing a vital role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring seamless office operations.Key Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day office operations, including policy development and handling stakeholder enquiries.Provide diary management and administrative support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.Organise internal events, sponsorships, partnerships, and exhibitions.Manage HR administration, including recruitment processes and onboarding.Plan and execute client events and company training sessions.Ensure compliance with documentation, contracts, and insurance requirements.Skills & Experience : Proven experience in office management or similar roles.Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Skilled in diary management and event coordination.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Benefits : Competitive salary : Upto £40,000 pro rataHybrid working : 2 days from homeFree onsite parkingCore working hours : 9 am – 5 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday22 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday offIf you’re ready to bring your exceptional organisational and leadership skills to a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you
