Retention Executive – Turf and Ground Care

32,000 pro rata with benefits package

Kemble - Part Time – 8h / 1 day per week

Are you outgoing, personable and able to build relationships quickly? Do you have knowledge of specialist turf equipment? Can you articulately communicate the benefit to the customer of keeping machinery in A1 condition?

Tallis Amos are looking to hire into our business an a Retention Executive to help us book service appointments by proactively approaching our ground care customers. As our engineering team grows in this depot, we are looking to appoint a specialist to drive growth and ensure efficiency of our technicians.

The role will require making calls out to existing customers and upselling service hours and parts and ensuring our technicians schedules are full by allocating them jobs based on skillset and availability. Jobs are booked in via our business management software, Ibcos Gold . Other duties will include quoting for repairs and managing customer expectations on repair and part lead times .

An enterprising approach, well-developed communication skill and eye for business development will be required to complete the work to a high standard. The successful candidate will have some previous experience of working within a ground care, golf or sports environment and be used to dealing with customers of this background. Some mechanical knowledge would be an advantage.

• Strong sense of business development and commercial acumen
