Job Description : WelderPosition : WelderLocation : Holme-on-Spalding-MooreSalary : £15 - £16 per hour (depending on experience)Working Hours :
- Monday to Thursday : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
- Friday : 7 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PMAbout the Role : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team, specialising in the fabrication of steel structures. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with consistent working hours and an early finish every Friday.Key Responsibilities :
- Perform MIG welding on a variety of steel structures with precision and accuracy.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate components.
- Assemble, measure, and cut steel materials to required specifications.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding and fabricating steel structures.
- Proven ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic.What We Offer :
- Competitive hourly rate of £15 - £16, depending on experience.
