The SchoolA welcoming and inclusive primary school in Gloucestershire with a dedicated resource base. The resource base is staffed by a lead teacher and a team of specially trained teaching assistants, ensuring a low pupil-to-adult ratio to meet the individual needs of each child.The RoleAs an HLTA in the resource base, you will play a key role in supporting students to achieve their individual developmental targets. This will include one-to-one work as well as supporting small groups of students. You will assist with planning and resourcing activities and occasionally lead whole-class sessions when required.
