Job descriptionHandling customer enquiries via phone and online platforms Conducting show home and development tours Following up on sales leads from Rightmove, Zoopla, and other sources Providing excellent customer service and guiding buyers through the process Ensuring the marketing suite remains presentable and welcoming Assisting with key handovers and home demonstration Excellent customer service and communication skills Preferably Front of House experience Experience within selling to high-net-worth individuals Previous property experience is ideal but not essential Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable
