What Your Role will involve :

S erve customers in a timely and courteous manner, showing good manners in all situations and personalising interactions by remembering details when possible.

A lways make yourself available to customers – nothing is too much trouble.

A cknowledge customers entering the bar / lounge with a warm welcoming approach.

E nsure tables are kept clear of glassware and crockery cleaned during the course of a shift and fridges / bar supplies are properly stocked at the start, during and at the end of a shift.

Carry out all requests as business need dictates, by a member of the management team.

R espond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.

As the ideal Bar Staff y ou must have :

A flexible attitude and keen desire to learn.

Great time keeping and reliability.

Excellent attention to detail.
