Clinical Training Lead

Cambridge

60,000 Per anum

Remit

Compass Associates are working with a valued client, who is currently hoping to recruit a Clinical training lead to work in one of their Elderly / Dementia Nursing Homes based in the Cambridge area. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience ensuring that all Nursing and care staff are trained, competent, and up to date with best practices . Previous experience in a Quality or Training role is desirable. My client is seeking someone who has excellent clinical skills and previous experience of working in the nursing home setting. The homes provide care for Elderly service users as well as those living with Dementia.

The Candidate

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse seeking a new challenge with a high quality provider. The candidate is required to have previous experience in a nursing home, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for Elderly and Dementia Care as well as previous experience in training / quality roles.

Requirements

RGN / RMN Qualification Essential

Previous experience of leading a nursing team

Strong Clinical Skills

Genuine passion for care

Location

This role is based in the Cambridge area and is commutable from Newmarket, Ely, Royston, Huntingdon, St Neots, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Bedford, and surrounding areas
