We are looking for a Lift Repairs Estimator  to join our Service team to cover Scotland. As an experienced Lift Engineer you will be responsible for :

• Identifying opportunities for chargeable repair works from company maintenance portfolio and by reviewing engineers reports weekly.
• Issue quotations as necessary to support incoming client insurance reports and isolated / defective units.
• Responsible for creating prompt accurate quotations.
• Responsible for issuing sufficient quote volume to attain required order intake value and profitability.
• Responsible for regular contact with customers to ensure quotations are received and understood.
• Manage and guide customer expectations on the company’s services.
• Support the regional office service administration functions, including taking calls when necessary.
