Experience required…
Essential :
At least a Level 4 Diploma in building control, an ONC / HNC in building, a construction-related or building control degree and / or have Membership of RICS or ABE.Strong knowledge of relevant building legislation and regulations.Ability to assess plans and drawings accurately.Experience in site inspections.Experience in on-call rota for dangerous structures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDiligent, proactive with attention to detail.Familiarity and competence in the use of Microsoft Office packages.Full UK / EU Driving Licence.Desirable :
