Job description

VAN DRIVER

MONDAY - FRIDAY : 8AM - 5PM

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Livingston .   This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay and room to grow and progress. This role will be ongoing for the right candidate.

Day to Day Duties :

  • Complete customer deliveries in a timely manner, whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • You will be assisted by a driver's mate or another driver as products can require two people lifting
  • Products are to be delivered to customer's room of choice
  • Make deliveries to residential properties
  • Provide excellent customer service skills

    • Essential Skills :

  • Valid UK Category B Driving Licence
  • One year minimum experience driving 3.5 Tonne vehicles
  • No more than six points for MINOR offences ( No IN10,DR10,DD10 )
  • Good customer service skills
  • Previous multi drop experience

    • Desirable Experience :

  • 12+ months multi drop experience
  • Has worked in a similar fast paced delivery environment

    • Training :

  • Any required training will be completed on site
