Gaucho is looking for an experienced and passionate Griller / CDP to join our Richmond team! You should have experience working in a fresh food kitchen and a strong passion for food. Our Griller / CDP will have expertise working with beef, managing a team, and following brand specifications precisely. All necessary training will be provided. There are many opportunities for progression, and we seek candidates who excel under pressure and are committed.

Key Responsibilities of the Griller / CDP

• Possess strong operational and leadership skills related to knowledge and operation.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties are completed as instructed by senior chefs.
• Help maintain maximum yield in the kitchen concerning gross profit and wastage.
• Prepare beef for service.
• Cook steaks to a high standard during service and coordinate with other sections for timely service.
