This is a fully Remote Locum position. We require a Minimum of 16 hours per week – up to full time hours – Service opening hours : Monday-Friday : 08.00-20.00
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality mental health support through innovative digital platforms? As a Mental Health Practitioner , you will be the first point of contact for patients experiencing mental health concerns, providing compassionate, patient-centred care via video and telephone consultations.
This role allows you to work independently while benefiting from clinical supervision and multidisciplinary support . You will collaborate closely with GPs, conducting mental health assessments and making evidence-based treatment recommendations to support primary care mental health conditions. Your interventions will play a crucial role in enhancing patient well-being and ensuring timely escalations when needed.
