The Home Manager will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the home, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards through continual monitoring and support.

We seek a leader who can inspire our staff team to deliver outstanding, personalized care to residents. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Home or General Manager in a similar setting, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and possess a hands-on approach to care. Knowledge of care standards legislation, including Fundamental Standards, is essential.

Applicants should have completed or be willing to undertake NVQ / Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
