Hire Desk Administrator

Tardis Environmental UK Ltd are a well-established portable toilet and tanker hire business that operate a large fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across various locations situated throughout the UK.

We hire temporary waste and water solutions from 1000ltr waste and water storage tanks up to 30.000ltr storage tanks. Currently members of FORS and hold Gold accreditation.

We are currently looking to recruit a Hire Desk Administrator to work alongside our Team based at our Telford depot.

Salary : £27,000

Hours : 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Requirements & Responsibilities to include :

• Data entry
• Hire desk administrator will have an excellent telephone manner
• Attention to detail when passing on information
• Hire desk administrator will have excellent customer service skills
• Taking bookings over the phone and via email
• Willing to learn and grow within a fast-growing business
• General office admin
• Hire desk administrator will deal with a high volume telephone calls and queries
• High volume order processing
• Dealing with customers throughout the day
