About the Role
The Customer Advocate (CA) is a key member of the Renewals team, responsible for proactively managing the renewal process and lifecycle. This includes leading negotiations, preparing quotes, obtaining approvals, and ensuring proper documentation.
The CA manages the renewal pipeline, works with various departments such as Business Leaders, Account Management, Fulfillment, Finance, and Services to gather updates, and seeks to understand customer pain points to add value and modernize their business.
The role also involves negotiating customer requests, advocating for Aptean’s value proposition, and serving as the primary contact for renewal inquiries through various channels.
