Mobile Carpenter / Fabric Engineer Location : Inside M25 Salary : Up to £39,000 + Van & Fuel Card (Personal Use Allowed) On-Call : 1 in 8 – £150 Standby We are seeking a Mobile Carpenter / Fabric Engineer to join a leading FM provider, working across a portfolio of client sites inside the M25. The role requires a carpentry qualification and experience in fabric maintenance within commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities for a Carpenter / Fabric Technician :

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, covering carpentry and general fabric repairs.
• Perform plumbing, mechanical, and general building services maintenance as needed.
• Respond to callouts as per the on-call rota.
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations.
• Supervise contractors and issue permits to work.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork. Requirements for a Carpenter / Fabric Technician :
• Carpentry qualification (essential)
• Experience in FM and fabric maintenance.
• UK residency for a minimum of six years (due to security clearance requirements).
