Job description

What is the opportunity?

Northridge specialises in the automotive finance industry and have an exciting opportunity for a hard working Territory Manager to join a diverse team in the North of England team covering the Midlands. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in sales and gain hands-on experience in a high reaching and encouraging workplace.

The position is home based supporting our dealer customer base in the South east - London / Kent / Essex / Herts / Bucks

In this role, you will -

  • Be responsible for comprehensive and targeted Territory Dealer Database Management - including New Dealer Prospecting
  • Be responsible for Oversight of Intermediaries with regards to FCA & FLA requirements and specifically promote Consumer Duty
  • Conduct regular reviews with key accounts
  • Maximise new business volumes from targeted accounts and lead Fees and Margin Income against budgets including action planning
  • Promote online efficiencies from Supporting Dealers
  • Handle all applicable Credit Applications and Advance funding facilities

  • Ability to handle a Sales Territory effectively and achieve Sales Targets in an ambitious and highly competitive market
  • Teammate with the ability to make valuable contributions to targeted dealer relationships
  • Excellent presentation and communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in Motor Finance dealer intermediary sales with good governance and legislation knowledge
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Essential Qualifications

    Either already have completed or will need to complete Specialist Auto Finance Expert qualification within first two months of employment
