Private Client (Contentious) Solicitor

Our clients are seeking a Solicitor to join their respected team handling contentious trust and probate matters including will disputes, removal of executors, trustee claims and claims under the Inheritance Act. There is also a possibility to work on contentious Court of Protection matters.

This would suit a Solicitor from 3-5 years PQE who is eager to progress their career doing contentious probate work. STEP / ACTAPS qualifications encouraged.
