Opportunity

We are seeking an eCommerce (Media + Retail) Specialist to join our London team within the Client Services department. The Commerce Specialist will collaborate with our Media and Retail teams, working alongside Business Managers to lead the comprehensive eCommerce strategy for our clients. This role offers the chance to learn about digital platforms like Amazon, develop client strategies, and utilize our innovative technology for management and reporting.

What you'll do :

This role involves gaining expertise in both media and retail to build a solid foundation in eCommerce strategy, understanding key drivers of sales and share growth, and integrating these levers effectively.

  • Media Support : Assist Search Managers in achieving Amazon goals through :
  • Campaign Management : Handle keyword selection and bidding on Amazon Marketing Services for CPG clients
  • Campaign Reporting : Create and oversee performance reports and analytics
  • Campaign Performance : Track metrics, analyze trends, and communicate results
  • Retail Support : Assist Retail Managers with :
  • Product Optimization : Enhance Amazon Product Pages for discoverability and conversions
  • Product Merchandising : Plan and execute strategies including content and promotions

Integrating these skill sets is vital for success. Additionally, the role includes :

  • Understanding Consumer Behavior : Analyze shopping and purchasing patterns
  • Business Analytics : Use dashboards and spreadsheets to extract insights
  • Strategic Consulting : Provide ongoing support and solutions for Amazon challenges
  • Monitoring Industry Trends : Stay updated on platform changes and industry news, advising clients accordingly

    Who you are :

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in digital sales or media, especially Amazon, on brand, retail, or agency sides
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Solution-focused, comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems
  • Proficient in analyzing dashboards and spreadsheets, with mastery of Excel formulas like pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Excellent communicator, collaborative, with strong presentation skills
  • Innovative thinker, data-driven, proactive, and committed to ownership and organization
  • Team player eager to contribute to overall team success
  • Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services is advantageous
