About the Role

We seek a dynamic, results-driven National Account Manager to lead and grow our business with key facilities management companies and distribution channels in the cleaning and hygiene sector. You will develop strategic relationships and drive revenue growth, acting as the primary contact for major national accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Account Management & Growth : Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at national facilities management companies.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth : Identify new opportunities, upsell, cross-sell, and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main contact for major FM clients, ensuring excellent service and issue resolution.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and execute account plans aligned with client needs and company goals.
  • Collaboration & Coordination : Work with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience in national account management, business development, or sales in the facilities management sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of sales and revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel; driving license required.
