As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing their core business and elevating them into new categories through NPD to grow their strong portfolio of market leading products. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to take a step up, or an experienced Marketing Manager to progress in their career. What is key is that the right candidate will have risen through the ranks of a leading FMCG food business and have strong, blue chip training and marketing fundamentals Further responsibilities include : Leading a team of brand marketing professionals across an exciting, NPD lead range Creating cross channel integrated brand experiences to lead the creation, planning and execution of the businesses vision and strategy. Managing a 7 figure advertising budget and developing and executing a communication campaign. Working together with the Category and Sales team across the food service and consumer channel to lead the in market execution. A Marketing Manager will have : A number of years of FMCG (ideally food) Marketing experience A proven track record of taking a creative idea from ideation to planning and then to full execution Experience managing a PL and have strong commercial acumen Strong knowledge of sales tracking systems Proven experience in developing category and brand strategy Great understanding of executional marketing levers Digital marketing skills Experience in brand and multi market management As a Marketing Manager you will be : Curious, entrepreneurial and a strategic thinker.
