Our client, a well-established law firm in Essex, is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join their close-knit, dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional to take on a key role within the firm and contribute to its ongoing success.

Position Overview

The Litigation Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients across various litigation matters. This role is crucial in maintaining the firm's reputation for delivering high-quality, commercially-minded legal services.

Responsibilities

Engage with new clients to understand their unique needs
Develop and pursue new business opportunities to grow the firm
Collaborate with the management team on strategic decision-making
Contribute to the firm's growth through articles and networking

Requirements

Qualified Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE

Strong knowledge of litigation matters, including landlord-tenant disputes and commercial litigation

Excellent client care skills and a passion for business development

Hardworking, professional and a collaborative team player
