The Role :

As an Income Officer, youll play a key role in supporting residents to sustain their tenancies by managing rent accounts, preventing arrears, and providing advice around benefits and money management. You'll be a crucial part of ensuring the financial health of the organisation while promoting tenant wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a caseload of rent accounts, ensuring timely payments and addressing arrears

Take early intervention steps to prevent debt escalation and potential evictions

Liaise with residents, support agencies, and internal teams to find sustainable solutions

Advise tenants on welfare benefits, Universal Credit, and available financial support
