What you'll be doing :
Supporting students across core subjects like English, Maths, and Science
Delivering 1 : 1 and small group sessions to help students grasp tricky concepts
Helping pupils build study habits, confidence, and organisation skills
Working alongside teachers to tailor learning for students with additional needs
Bringing patience, energy, and encouragement to each day in the classroom
What we're looking for :
A degree in Education, English, Maths, Science, Psychology, or a related field
Excellent communication skills and a calm, friendly approach
A genuine desire to support young people academically and emotionally
Someone reliable, proactive, and ready to muck in wherever needed
Previous experience with young people is a bonus—but if you’ve got the right attitude and transferable skills (tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work), we want to hear from you.
