The role : Senior Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor

Location : Manchester

Zenith Associates are working with a regionally established boutique consultancy who are seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to join their growing team. Our Client offer a range of services : project management, cost consultancy, fund monitoring and employer’s agent services.

This role is suitable for a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor who is interested in fulfilling the Project Manager and Employers Agent duties.

The immediate projects you will be involved in are glamorous high rise developments , experience in this sector is ideal. We also work in the commercial, hospitality, industrial and retail space.

Consultancy or Contractor background preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry
• Can come from a Project Management or Quantity Surveying background
• Must be capable of managing stakeholders and clients
• Willingness to learn and be adaptable
• Excellent communication skills
• Business Development skills
• MRICS ideal but not a essential
