Responsibilities : Operational Leadership : Oversee the day-to-day operations of Heytea stores within the assigned region. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Team Management : Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff. Provide leadership and support to foster a positive and high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance evaluations. Financial Management : Develop and manage budgets for each store. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals. Customer Experience : Uphold Heytea' commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Monitor and address customer feedback and concerns. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications : Proven experience in multi-unit management, preferably in the retail or food service industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
