Position Summary
The job holder will have responsibility for the International Construction.
- Develop, maintain and promote a culture of high level technical expertise and standards within the International Construction Division.
- Generate new business for self, and other members of the International Construction and Engineering team.
- Active and timely resolution of complaints, in accordance with Company procedures.
- Work with the Operations Manager, International Construction & Engineering (ICE), in the management of staff resources, employee development & performance levels in line with the needs of the business.

Maintain, develop and apply a personal level of knowledge and technical expertise to enhance the credibility of the Crawford product and to maintain and develop a market leading reputation for technical excellence.Maintain a good and up-to-date knowledge of the Global Construction markets and identify trends, gaps and opportunities within these markets.To assist in the generation of new business for Crawford Global Construction and Engineering, where economic.Technical reference point on International Construction related issues, to team members & others in Crawford as appropriate.Receive, collate and distribute technical information and provide technical support to the team as appropriate.Maintain & develop strong and sustainable relationships with existing and new clients, based on the delivery of ‘Technical Excellence’ and a good understanding of client’s needs. Actively support the concept and delivery of effective Corporate Governance, and leading by example complying with all corporate requirements.Accept responsibility and actively support the Operations Manager, ICE in the management for the effective, accurate and timely management of personal WIP, Accounts Receivable, processing of suppliers fees and charging out to clients.Maintain awareness of Business Continuity programme and role within it.Actively seek to develop oneself and take responsibility for your own training and development.Advise and assist the Operations Manager, ICE, in driving the financial performance of the International Construction Division to support the delivery of overall Global Technical Services financial targets.Able to demonstrate knowledge and / or awareness of FSA procedures and the TCF initiativeBill a minimum number of chargeable hours, at the correct rate, in accordance with targets agreed with the Managing Director of Global Technical Services.Communicate with the team on a regular basis regarding corporate and departmental information and updatesBehaviours
