Reporting to the People & Culture team, this Senior Learning & Development Specialist role is key in developing, implementing, and evaluating learning & development programs that enhance leadership, compliance, and careers. Remote work is available, with some travel and flexible hours to support all time zones.
Required Education / Experience :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Psychology, HR / LMS technologies, Learning and Development, or related field
- Experience in developing and delivering training sessions
- Ability to design, facilitate, and measure virtual and in-person training for various audiences
- 3+ years as a people manager or 4+ years as a project / learning leader, with stakeholder and project management skills
- Experience managing eLearning within blended learning programs
- Experience in belonging, engagement, change management, onboarding, or performance management
- Experience working with suppliers, managing budgets, and measuring ROI
- Certification in psychometric or 360 assessment tools
- Coaching or mentoring certification / experience
