We are working with a new client who have a well-established and successful business based in Telford with nearly 100 years of history. This business is in the manufacturing sector, where they are looking to bring in a new Sales Administrator to support the business with customer enquiries and order processing.

Duties will include :

• Working closely with the sales team to assist with customer queries
• Accurate order entry onto internal systems
• Raising quotations
• Liaising with internal teams to coordinator orders
• Assisting with Purchasing of internal goods
• Assisting with transport coordinating
• Assisting with returns and debit notices
• General Administration duties

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this wonderful opportunity we are looking for an experiences Sales Administrator / Order Coordinator. You must have excellent customer services skills and attention to detail. It would be ideal if you have experience of working in a manufacturing, engineering, or electrical components business but this is not essential.
