Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate closely with the commercial and research teams to ensure seamless customer project delivery.
  • Advise teams on best practices and product concerns.
  • Support the wider operations team with daily administration to deliver excellent customer service within SLAs.
  • Manage project delivery, escalate issues with suppliers when necessary.
  • Coordinate with global delivery suppliers, including those based in Bulgaria, India, and other agencies.
  • Identify and resolve challenges within delivery operations, updating instruction documents as needed.

  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with good prioritization skills.
  • Positive, flexible, and eager to learn.
  • Calm under pressure with strong analytical and organizational skills.

    • Required experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years in Customer Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills.
  • Familiarity with project management practices.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA and Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • Previous administrative experience in a professional setting.
