This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT . This role is accountable to various KPIs and is responsible for the recruitment, nurturing & development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

Job Description

  • Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
  • Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always
  • Drive all revenue streams from membership sales to product & secondary, to overall gym profitability
  • Manage controllable costs such as stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance every member visit
  • Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed & delivered to the highest level
  • Drive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
  • Lead recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members
  • Ensure all operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard
  • Provide honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team development
  • Report facilities & maintenance issues following best practice guidelines
  • Be resilient and agile in challenging situations to find solutions
  • Manage policies and procedures including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
  • Qualifications

    Need to be :

  • Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness
  • Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Adaptable communication and management style
  • Positive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Member champion mentality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Driven and ambitious with a desire to learn and develop
  • Flexible working hours and location, including weekends and Bank Holidays
