This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT . This role is accountable to various KPIs and is responsible for the recruitment, nurturing & development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitnessDemonstrate our elevated ways of working alwaysDrive all revenue streams from membership sales to product & secondary, to overall gym profitabilityManage controllable costs such as stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspendLead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance every member visitEnsure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed & delivered to the highest levelDrive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicateLead recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team membersEnsure all operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standardProvide honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team developmentReport facilities & maintenance issues following best practice guidelinesBe resilient and agile in challenging situations to find solutionsManage policies and procedures including Health & Safety and pool plant operationsMaintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all timesQualifications
Need to be :
