We are currently working with a number of welcoming and ambitious secondary schools in Enfield that are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September 2025. About the Role :

• Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Working 1 : 1 and in small groups, often with pupils with special educational needs.
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment We are looking for candidates who are :
• Recent graduates considering a career in education
• Experienced TAs with a passion for supporting young people
• Confident, reliable, and proactive team players
• Patient, understanding, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed
• Interested in working with pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties What we offer :
