At Milk Education , we’re looking for a strategic, dynamic leader to take full ownership of our Sheffield office . Already known as the beating heart of our compliance and talent engine, Sheffield is now primed for its next exciting phase : building a specialist team of Primary, Secondary, and SEND consultants.

As Managing Partner , you’ll be the driving force behind :

• Scaling a brand-new team from the ground up
• Leading from the front by billing, coaching, and delivering results
• Recruiting and mentoring both experienced hires and trainees
• Shaping culture, performance, and long-term success in your region

You'll have full support from our senior leadership and talent functions, with clear progression towards Associate Director level and beyond —should you choose that path.
