Join Our Award-Winning Property Agency as a Lettings Negotiator

We are a renowned, locally based property agency known for customer care, excellent training, development potential, and a friendly, supportive working environment.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our expanding lettings and property management department at our Barnstaple Lettings branch.

Working hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 45 am - 5 : 30 pm.

Main Duties of the Lettings Negotiator

• Assist in managing an existing property portfolio and help grow our register proactively.
• Take primary responsibility for regular maintenance visits.
• Handle customer service and administrative tasks in a busy branch environment.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone, internet, and walk-ins.
• Manage client expectations, including arranging viewings, providing feedback, and handling ad hoc queries.
• Conduct property viewings and provide feedback.
• Perform general administrative duties, including creating property details and reports.
