FINANCE DIRECTOR

Conrad Consulting have an exciting new full-time position available with a fast-growing, forward-thinking business based in the Ipswich area. We're looking for a Finance Director who's ready to take the lead on financial strategy and make a real impact across the business. If you're hands-on, strategic, and keen to help drive growth, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Take the lead on financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Work closely with the board to provide insightful financial analysis and help shape key strategic decisions
• Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards
• Collaborate with department heads to improve performance, drive accountability, and build commercial awareness across the business
• Lead the charge on system improvements and process optimisation to support growth and scalability
• Spot financial risks early, highlight opportunities, and help steer the business toward sustainable success

This is a fantastic opportunity with a salary of £55,000 - £70,000 , depending on experience. You'll be joining a business that values its leadership team, with long-term development opportunities and performance-related incentives available.
