Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll be part of a small, collaborative engineering team with real influence over the architecture, tools, and roadmap.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and build the new B2B SaaS interface with a strong eye for UX and design.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance Golang microservices.
  • Collaborate on system design, implementation, and architecture decisions.
  • Uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and security.

Requirements :

  • 1+ years of commercial software experience, including :
  • At least 1 year building Go APIs
  • At least 1 year with React or similar frameworks (Svelte a plus)
  • Comfortable with modern CI / CD (e.g., GitHub Actions).
  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a “build-first” attitude.
  • Bonus : Experience in fintech , AWS , or early-stage start-ups .
  • Compensations & Benefits :

  • 45,000–£65,000 base salary, depending on experience.
  • 25 days holiday + flexible bank holidays + unlimited unpaid leave.
  • Flexible / hybrid working model.
  • Employer pension contributions.
  • Technical growth budget (e.g., AWS certification, workshops).
  • Health & lifestyle perks : cycle-to-work scheme, wellness initiatives.
  • Our partner is committed to building a diverse team. They welcome applications from all backgrounds and do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.
