Calling customers and informing them of dates and times of deliveriesAnswering customer calls and managing customer enquiriesEnsuring all paperwork and emails are organised within Customer Service departmental functionsMaking sure POD’s are uploaded correctly into relevant systems for customersMonitoring deliveries to customers ensuring deliveries are made on timeYour knowledge and experience :
