Due to continued growth, a well-established and successful manufacturer of plastic products is currently seeking an Injection Moulding Setter to join their team.

Working within a busy mouldshop, you will be responsible for ensuring production runs are completed on time and to spec, whilst ensuring scrap is kept to a minimum.

Up to £40,000 depending on experience, working Monday to Friday

As an Injection Moulding Setter, your duties will include :

Condition setting of moulding machines.

Carrying out tool changes.

Resolving process issues and moulding defects.

To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will :

Have experience of working in a plastic injection moulding manufacturing environment as a Tool Setter or Process Technician.

Be able to resolve process issues and moulding faults in a timely manner.

Demonstrate best practice procedures for carrying out tool changes and setting machines.

Have a good knowledge of a variety of materials and their properties.
