Role Overview :

You will be a trusted advisor throughout the entire implementation project lifecycle, from initial workshops to final go-live. You will deliver innovative solutions to both new and existing mid-market and enterprise customers, managing projects of varying scope and complexity. Collaborating with customers across industries, you will lead efforts to configure requirements, train users, and support the go-live process.

Experience required :

• At least 5 years of implementing SaaS solutions for enterprise clients
• Hands-on experience with XML / HTML or similar technologies to configure SaaS software for clients
