German speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location : Manchester

Salary : £25,000 per annum plus benefits

Main duties :

To be the initial point of contact for customers and provide the highest standard of customer experience.

The Role :

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email providing outstanding customer service

Be responsible for order processing recording data accurately

Identify customer needs and upsell products when appropriate

Support and collaborate with all departments to drive the success of the business.

Proactively resolve any product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Co-ordinate with the warehouse ensuring timely dispatch of goods

Administrative duties as needed

Candidate's Profile

Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential

Previous experience in customer service or in an administrative role beneficial

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, proactive and dynamic
