Mobile Electrician – Residential Lettings & Property Maintenance Location : Primarily West End of Glasgow Salary : Up to £38,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card Hours : Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Start Date : Immediate On-Call : None Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a steady, Monday-to-Friday role with no on-call requirements? We’re partnering with a reputable and long-established letting agency seeking a Mobile Electrician to support their residential maintenance team. This is a mobile role, focused on delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of residential properties—mainly in Glasgow. Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting EICRs, PAT Testing, and EPCs.
• Performing a range of electrical repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Working across both vacant and tenanted properties.
• Maintaining accurate compliance documentation and reports. What We’re Looking For :
• Suitable qualfiied 18th Edition Electrician.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven experience in residential maintenance or repairs.
• A strong understanding of compliance requirements and meticulous paperwork skills. What’s on Offer :
