A1 Personnel are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner to join our client' engineering team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a team that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes (Fanuc controls with bar feed)
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Using various types of measuring equipment
  • Machining parts to tight tolerances
  • Handling both small and large batch work
  • Supporting general workshop operations when needed
  • Taking initiative with opportunities to help oversee shop floor operations in the future

Requirements :

  • Proven experience programming, setting, and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings
  • Confident in using precision measuring tools
  • Ability to work to tight tolerances
  • Experience in small and large batch production
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a team player
  • Experience with Haas controls
  • Familiarity with Mastercam and OneCNC software
  • Willingness to take on leadership or supervisory responsibilities over time

    • Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday : 7 : 00am 5 : 00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch, paid tea breaks)
  • Friday : 7 : 30am 4 : 00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch, paid tea breaks)
